Bustling and rustling and murmuring
and humming: these are the signs of the lively hive of a
myriad of bees. Aimless confusion, or so it would seem. In
fact, it is structure and order itself. Ostensibly nothing
but a happy family; tinkering, raising their young, diligently
working, creating a home of safety and affluence; the beehive
is also a highly productive company: profitable both to itself
as well as the proprietor, the honey eater, the candle maker,
and the flowers of the forests and meadows. The society of
honey bees pollinates flowers, produces honey, transmits
experience and life: it is engaged in building a future.
It grows as it creates growth, producing treasures every
step of the way. As part of its natural development, it regenerates
itself at the right moments, in order to continue serving
its mission. The beehive is an organization that creates
true value.
The team formerly known as P&S Consultants, after a great
time of „swarming”, has recreated itself as BEEHIVE, capturing
and reinforcing their old values to form the foundations
of this new consultancy. Our mission is to support organizations
in attaining their goals in a way that both the company and
its members are able to follow their calls, while living
and thriving in harmony with each other as well as their
environment.
We believe our activities have a bearing on the future of
our society. Our most important values are life, peace, and
the human being as such. We think it it everybody’s personal
responsibility to protect their natural and social environments
and shape them in a way that they remain a habitat worth
living in. Both as professionals and private individuals,
we strive to adhere to these maxims.
In working with organizations,
we also represent and transfer the following values:
Organizational and individual self-awareness,
a common language and culture and the use of individual differences
as a strength can all help organizational change. They can
also show that conflict is a natural by-product of change
and can turn energy-consuming stress into creative inertia.
A company can only be successful if it provides space for
the personal and professional growth of its employees.
We are convinced that a balance between personal and organizational
goals can be maintained, making the organization a safe and
motivating work environment for its membership.
The most important moral
and professional standards we strictly adhere to:
Ethics
Our cooperation with organizations is based on mutual trust.
We strive for open communication that allows for honest
problem diagnosis, offering a credible picture about the
organizational situation. We feel responsible towards both
the organization and the individuals. All information that
we obtain remains strictly confidental. We always keep
the real needs of our clients in mind, so that our work
creates genuine value to them.
Reliability
We intend to establish long-term relationships with our clients.
This, we think, is the proper way to provide professional
support to the mobilization of human resources and the
management of change. We help the employees of our clients
to develop their own answers to their problems, rather
than offering ready-made solutions. This enables them to
react to periodically occurring changes with the expected
flexibility.
Professional standards
After a detailed situation analysis, we develop our interventions
with a thorough knowledge of the organization’s needs.
We ensure the effectiveness of the programs by customizing
them to the given organization, group, individual, or goals
and problem focus. The implementation phase is carried
out by qualified and experienced consultants, offering
the best of their expertise and the fullest of their attention.
During the evaluation phase, we personally make sure in
detail that the goals formed in the exploration phase were
successfully attained.
Quality
We analyze and evaluate our work in detail, whatever we do.
The conclusions are then mobilized in our following projects.
We are not just open to internal and external feedback,
we strongly encourage it and process it for later use.
We only accept assignments that we are confident we can
fulfill to meet the highest expectations. Most of the know-how
we use have been self-developed, or adopted from local
and international settings to fit the needs of the client
in question. We also put great emphasis on our own development.
We consider the maintenance of our mental, spiritual and
physical fitness as a basic criteria of quality work.
