COACHING
The situation of people
in top management roles is especially difficult: a large
burden of responsibilities
is often
accompanied by a loneliness in dealing with problems.
If stuck, a top manager is hard-pressed to find a helping
hand. Coaching is there to provide such support: key
players
and leaders of the organization can fall back on this
results-oriented personal consultation for the much needed
help.
In our practice, coaching
is not a one-time intervention, but a long-term process
which aims to increase the professional
effectiveness of the manager. In this process, we support
top
management, their immediate colleagues and their teams
as independent specialists.
In our understanding,
our support entails a partnership, where we are guided
by the goals
jointly set with our client.
Throughout
the process, we design tangible, specific targets, but
at the same time, it is also our goal to develop
the personality
of
the leader.
Our understanding of
our role is to ask the right questions and help the leader
identify the problem
areas, as well
as the possible solutions. Through the current situation,
we
empower the individual to rely on their strengths,
mobilize their reserves,
discover their potential, and become a more effective
leader. We help our coachees to step out of the here-and-now
and
look at the big picture, to adapt to a diversity of
situations, and to rely on their new skills in tackling
difficult
situations by themselves.
