About the method:
AC/DC examines and evaluates the skill levels of participants
in fulfilling an organizational role or position, as
related to a predetermined set of criteria. Candidates
participate in situation exercises that simulate the
position, while a team of observers (both in-house staff
/management and external consultants) is evaluating.
