Organization Development
Our experience is pertinent
to human focused, behavioral science-based organization
development that concerns the entire organization or an
organizational unit. Our interventions take place in accordance
with pre-defined goals in order to enable the organization
to achieve its mission to the joint satisfaction of its
customers, employees and owners.
We consider organization development a complex and situation-specific
process through which organizations become more adaptable.
They become more receptive to the processes going on in their
environment, they produce a reaction that is adequate to
the changes, they recognize opportunities and threats, they
attain higher self-awareness, which all serve to increase
their exercisable choices. In our work – which involves the
basic need for partnership – our goal is the same as our
client’s goal. Therefore, we are ready to take joint responsibility
for the outcome.
The process:
- contact – target setting – contract
- exploration, diagnosis – feedback
- refining of goals, amending contract
(if needed)
- interventions
- evaluation of results – comparison
with goals (milestones throughout the process itself)
- follow-up
Our method is not based
on a single school of thought, but integrates all the approaches
we have learned and found useful. This provides us with
a unique array of integrated methodologies that are all
at the disposal of our clients as we interact, maintaining
openness and freedom to select according to each situation.
The most important elements of our integrated methodology
are TA (transactional analysis), the Rogers-approach (personality
focused psychotherapy), MBTI (personality modeling), NLP
(neuro-linguistic programming), the Gordon-method, psychodrama,
playback and other creative methods.
